The Event Management team at 100 Barrington is made up exclusively of experienced coordinators who already work for, or with, our venue in various capacities.

Coordination
On-site co-ordination
on the day between 9 a.m.
and the end of your event.
Walk-Through
Attendance at your final walk through with you and the 100B team in advance of your big day.
Cross-Checks
Helping make sure that your vision is carried out by the various teams and contractors.
Timing
Co-ordination of times for ceremony, all speeches, cake cutting and first dance.
Layouts
Co-ordinate the layout and arrangement of all furniture for your ceremony and dinner.
Bells & Whistles
Co-ordination of confetti throw, table decoration, floristry,
and wedding favours.
Dinner
Working with your caterer on access, set up and timings for the service of all food and drinks.
Dancing
Co-ordination of first dance arrangements with the DJ, technician and both of you.
Guests
Working with your caterer to ensure that your guests are in the right place at the right time.
End of the Night
Co-ordination of personal items (gifts/cards/photos etc) to be packed down at the end of night.
